Remarks

I came to hear this college provides best campusing in various IT Sectors.Teaching faculties are very good.They cooperate a lot with the students.Help in each individual subject so that we can go thoroughly with it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Provides a well satisfaction related to studies and every activities.Academic is good enough.Faculties wont be happy keeping some kind of doubts to their students,so they try to clear the doubts at the time only.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

Most of the companies that visit to the campus are IT sectors.Placement process consists of Written,Group Discussion,Personal Interview,HR interview.

College Events

Various types of events are held each year where many students take participate so that they can show their extra curricular activities.Each year an annual function is organised by the University. All participants show thier talents during these events.

Campus Life

Campus is quite amazing.It is almost of 65 acres.Garden,Library,Swimming pool,theatre,medical store all inside the campus itself.A wonderful temple is also situated insise the college campus which gives the campus a nice site.

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

NOT AN IDEAL COLLEGE BUT DEFINITELY DESCENT

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

GIET UNIVERSITY - Best place to learn in southern odisha

According to money factor this college is great. Under such low fee college is great for providing course other than any college. I applied for SOA University and course fee is too high there. Also my college is a university. So there is no worry about anything. For admission in giet you have applied for OJEE odisha and contact a marketing officer or direct join in college. You have to pay 10-15 thousand rupees for advance fees. In admission day you have to pay hlaf of your fees in one year. You will get everything in that day. Rank doesn't matter here...Read More
