Remarks

The most important factor why I chooses this college 3 years back was that this college is situated in my city Aligarh, also the attendance here is not mandatory so I thought I can prepare for other exams as well by living in my own city.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus of our college is setup by Ambedkar University because our college is affiliated to Ambedkar University. Faculty of this college were good. Not highly appreciated if you're seeking enough knowledge.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities by this college are very less for BBA students. 2-3 companies visit only during placement time which provides very less salary 4-5K so no one's interested in those Jobs.

Campus activities were good but not mainly for BBA. Most of them was for B.tech students. Very few programs were organized for BBA course students. Hardly 2-3 events in a year for bba course like quiz etc

i would rate the course curriculam as moderately relevat and fairly comprehensive as it covers the fundamental concepts required for cse . the curiculum includes core subjects like programming data structures and basic ai concepts

Very good facilities and infrastructure, helpful faculty and decent placements

Placement Experience:

80% students are placed through DME with a package of 5 LPA to 7 LPA on an average which is quite decent for a fresher entering the industry. The top recruiting are for placements are Bharat Express, PR Guru, Amar Ujala, Dynamite News, T.H.E.M.E.S. Over 90% of the students were placed for internship in Amar Ujala, PR Guru, Aaj Tak, ABP News and Doordarshan. Top roles offered are journalist, content writer, anchor, film maker, and back end roles like video editor, graphic designer and many more. I personally plan to go into video editing after getting the degree.

Bennett University worth or not ???

Placement Experience:

Placements in Bennett University need a lot of improvement. The average package for B.Tech CSE is 8 LPA, and the highest is claimed to be around 1 crore, which was not on campus. Companies do visit here, including the big ones like Scaler etc. The major issue is the students. Students here are not skilled enough to bag the good packages companies have to offer. Around 300 students sit for the placements out of 3000 and out of these, around 40% of them get placed. The placements start in 7th semester.

Good choice if want a government job

Placement Experience:

After 6 th sem students are allowed to sit in placements Generally our college is visited by companies like TCS WIPRO CHETU INFOSYS. Average package is 3.5lpa and students from cse and ELECTROCIS go. for the placements. Rest of the students of other branches go for gate examination. I also have a plan to crack gate.

A brief review on ACET, ALIGARH

It's very strict,like we're not allowed to bring our phones to college and sadly college being in the city of aligarh and most of faculty members have narrow minded thinking, being providing a co-education still if you move or roam around with a female friends of yours you're seen the wrong way.(most of the times and all faculty members are not like that some of them are open minded too and the things are changing now with the replacement of teachers with the new and better ones)....Read More
