Remarks

JIMS is the Brand name, one of the Top Institutions for BBA from IPU. Also when saw the site some of the brands which they told will be coming for Campus placement were good. Also I had little or no interest in Accounts so B.Com was not an option so what was left was BBA. BBA is good course of Management and if done from good institution may get you a good job. Although this was not the case with me

Course Curriculum Overview

Manisha Gupta is the best Teacher around in BBA. Course syllabus is totally updated. Yes Enough Industrial Exposure is provided to Yakult, Mother Dairy etc The faculty understands the students well and give their best to help the student to grow individually. Teachers try to teach with PPTs, Videos and live examples where ever possible. All the study material is updated. Teachers provide Question Bank of all the important questions before exams

A company called Rosegrey India which is a startup came to the college.I got no stipend. My profile was Sales and Marketing

Placement Experience

8-10 Companies come for placements. Out of which 1-2 companies are big brands like RBS, Amazon etc. Rest companies are average as well as the profile is also not good. The company' take maximum 10 students if you get lucky enough otherwise it is 4. The college can definitely do better when it comes to placements. They can provide with more exposure when it comes to Internships and workshop's which can help a average individual get placed easily

University has its own festivals and JIMS group have their own cultural festivals from time to time. Then there are several guests lectures from different alumni as well as renowned personalities from several industries

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.
