Remarks

I chose this university because of its beautiful Campus. And course because I know I wanted to do something creative but what I was confused so mass communication gave me so many options to choose from one.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Theoretical it was nice. Our professors used to teach us about everything we went to some field trips but there was lack of practical classes as my field is all about practical and I couldn't get that exposure.

Internships Opportunities

I got internship with my own efforts. I went to Mumbai and worked under a photographer. Which was the most learning experience of my life. He paid 5k stipend for 2 months. I sent him the mail with my portfolio and urged to intern him and he replied so that's how I got the internship

Placement Experience

1

Very less and unknown company used to come with very less pay scale. Half of the students didn't even sit for the placement. And who did were not intrested in taking those jobs. Most importantly they weren't even from mass communication field.

College Events

4

Events in amity used to happen on grand level. Celebrities were invited for shows and students had to manage everything even quality was much much better. Most of the people used to get certain work of their field to work on and come together. Even people from outside used to visit the events.

Fees and Financial Aid

My friend had a 100% scholarship. There were certain kind of exams that we used to take peole whobhave scored above 80-90% could apply for that exam and they had to keep the score entire course otherwise they could loose the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Campus was really nice. It was huge campus with many food option, great wifi almost everywhere, sports tournament used to happen every second month, they had basketball and tennis court which was also very nice.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel rooms were nice, we had wifi 24x7, there was a flat system which means each flat have 3 rooms and in each room 2 people. So this way bonding is generated between the kids, we had canteen but it wasn't so good, we had TV but no one used to watch, we had to take permission bro go out even for the day time which wasn't right. Too much strictness for adults. Else everything was fine.

there is no such campus placements except one or two organizations recruiting via online interviews like NHSRC delhi etc, employbility include entry level to senior roles in public health domain. the percentage of students getting placed on campus is very low, we have to go for different walk in interviews after obtaining the degree. i suggest to apply for govt organizations first

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average but improving. Students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A few companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture (off-campus support), Capgemini, and some local Jaipur-based IT firms visit the campus. Most offers are for software trainee, support, testing, or analyst roles. The average package is around 3–4 LPA, while the highest package goes up to 8–10 LPA (mostly off-campus or through exceptional performance). Around 60–70% students get placed through campus or combined on/off-campus efforts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers all the modern and traditional aspects of pharmacy. But the real world application seems a bit weak. There's less time spent of product making, introduction to industries, communication skills. But they do prepare you academically for higher education and compititive exams. Teaching methods could have been better rather than just recommending books and writing notes on board. Exams are held frequently. Students have to prepare for both theory and practicals including vivas. I chose this course and college because I had to stay here with my parents and b pharm seemed like a good career option.
