Remarks

I choose it mainly because of the academics. Though, I didn't get admission in any NIT (Ece). I got shortlisted for NIT Patna and NIT Srinagar, but they were offering Biotechnology. So I started looking for a private engineering colleges and among all of them, I found DIT to be much promising. It has good infrastructure, campus and location. Above that, labs and classes are done on regular basis. They have good labs too. One thing I found very eminent about DIT, it's 75% attendance policy. They are tremendously strict about it. So, if you are looking for less work ethic environment, I won't suggest you DIT. For cons, there were less number of core companies in placement drive. But if you are passionate about doing IT or CSE, go for it. There were tons of IT companies.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Syllabus was pretty okay. To be honest, they were not really up to date. But overall the basics was there. And yes , we have been on industrial training in secure meters. Some faculty were good, some were excellent. Our ex HOD Sandeep sharma sir was one of the excellent professor. Amrindra pal Sir, shruti ma'am and Praveen sir were the brightest among them.

Internships Opportunities

Bsnl, no stipend, it was about dot net. It was pretty good. Doordarshan, no stipend, it was about transmission of channels. Whole experience was great.

Placement Experience

3.5

For Cse and IT, it's blissful. For core branches, it could be a little hard but yes you can sit in IT companies drive and crack it if you studied the common subjects of Cse and Ece which will be taught in 1st , 2nd and 3rd year.

College Events

4

There were many Technical and cultural events. Every year, youthopia (college fest) was conducted. Festival program and important date were also addressed. About Youthopia, there were more than 12 colleges participated in different events.

Campus Life

4.5

Sport facalities were good. There were multiple of inter college competitions. Wifi is pretty decent. You know, some days it was humming, some were blue. Library was the best part of college. You can visit the official website to see it. All equipment in labs were in good shape.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yes, I opted for hostel. There were 4 big buildings for boys hostel and 2 gigantic buildings for girls hostel. In first year you will get 3 seater room. Hostel was kind of 4 star hotel. There were jaguar fitting in washroom. Rooms were also comfortable. There were enough rooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of my relative told me that this course have large scope, and bright future so my brother applied for this course and i did this course and now i realised that it is good but they do not provide placement we only rely on our own. I think college should conduct sessional exam on time and the external exam should be conducted in 6th month. Exam are not much difficult.. they are moderate level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

From the 4 semester onwards students become eligible for placements. Companies like Dainik Jagran, India today, etc. hire from college. According to me, 70% of students are getting placed. I want to work as an anchor after getting the degree, even now I am working as an intern on a local digital news platform.
