Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is 4.5 years of studying and 1 year of Internship. The subjects include Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry for first year. Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and Pharmacology for Second year. For third year it is Ophthalmology, ENT and Community Medicine and for the fourth year it is General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics. Internship will be for one year in various departments for specified days.
Placement Experience
Since this is a medical college. There is no need for companies to visit. Internship is for 1 year in various departments. 2 months each for Medicine, surgery, community medicine, OG. 1 month each for Ortho, Paediatrics. 15 days each for Casualty, Ophthalmology, ENT, Optional posting
College Events
There are many functions that happens in this college. Hostel day each for Boys and Girls, Cultural programs usually happen for one day with morning session for Singing and Evening session for dance and other activities. College Day for Academic achievements. Sports day usually happens for a week. Tamil mandram function is a traditional function
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is usually paid annually around 12000 for the first year. Roughly around 3000 per year for the next 4 years. There will be separate fees for books and exams. It differs in each year. Since this was a government college, the fees amount is generally low compared to private colleges

No. I didn't opt for any scholarship and loan. But I know there is scholarship for First graduates which we can get full details from the administrative office.
Campus Life
Campus Life will be the best. Be it academics, Jokes, Extracurricular activities, sports. A best place to enjoy everything. Discrimination is not followed here strictly. We all are doctors so we didn't find differences in each other. we all were together till the last day of our college
Hostel Facilities
For the first 4 years of studying, the hostel room will be shared by 3 people. It is spacious and it is comfortable for all the 3. Regarding bathrooms there is 2 separate bathrooms for each floor. There is daily cleaning facilities available in the hostel. CCTV facilities are also available. RO water for drinking. Interns are given separate hostel with only one per room. It is also very good hostel

Yes it is helpful in the way that we can interact with each other very well. We can together help by providing funds for college
Admission
I was very eager to join MBBS course during my School days. My teachers guided me very well. I scored 1173 in my 12th std exam with a medical cut off of 198. By merit list I choose Villupuram medical college. To be honest the value of this college and the experience is unmatchable.
Faculty
There are many faculties in each department. each department has 2-3 tutors, 8-9 Assistant professors, 3 Associate professors and 1 Head of the Department. Overall there is one Vice principal and One Dean. The faculties were very much knowledgeable and taught us to their best. Teaching skills were very much admirable
