Entrance Preview

I gave a lot of entrance exams after my completion of 12th class, still I scored quite less in my JEE main examination which were 16 only, still I had hope I will get into some college because my percentage of 12th class was okayish which was 76%, therefore on my CBSE marks and jee marks basis I got admission in this college.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't done any internship yet, actually the thing is our college offer us internship in 4th year of the college, I am currently in 3rd year so I would have to wait for an year to the pursue internship which I would be offered. But All I have heard is that the internship program is really good. Companies come in our college and for some excellent student there are stipend too the maximum stipend for student I have heard was 70,000inr for 2months duration.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are just fine in our college. Recently TCS, Accenture and Ericsson came and many more are coming in our college, but still you have to be a good one to get in these MNCs .They set a minimum criteria for your placement enrollment and News shows that TCS took 54 students with avg package of 3.1 lacs. Accenture took 40 students with avg package of 2.8 lacs. Ericsson took around 20 students with avg package of 3.5 lacs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is nice and feasible the fee for the CSE for one year is around 1.50 lac. It is quite accessible but it is alright according to the facilities they provide us. They have a nice ambiance to enjoy I like this college's infrastructure it is quite nice.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is offered by our college for students scoring good marks in CBSE more than 80% - 25% off on tuition fee more than 85%- 50% off on tuition fee more than 90%- 100% off on tuition fee Loan facility is also there, But I haven't applied for it.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni meet are happens on a regular basis, once a year.all of the college's alumni come together and have a party.one I will also be an alumni.Plus the seniors come and share their experiences with us it's good thing.

Placement Experience:

I don't know about placement because my batch is the second batch of btech course but the hod have assured that they will bring companies. In 7th semester students become eligible for placement. The average package you could expect is 300000.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunity in my college are quite good and student usually become eligible for the campus placement for 16 and seven semester, depending on the course number of recruitment, companies of the IT finance, consulting and the core industry, visit the campus, each year, student companies in for TCS et cetera, et cetera, the highest package offer is the quite impressive and average package a decent and the comparative compare to the other college and the region. This colleges through the job profile offer Software development, business analytics sector on the average packet of 78% are eligible and perform interview.

My experience of college

Placement Experience:

The thing about my course placement is that my batch is second batch so no batch have been passed out and placed in btech but the dean have assured us about the placement as they have bought companies for others courses so they will surely bring for btech also that's what they said. The companies will mostly nearby to dpg degree college. And the average package will maybe 3 lakh per annum.

Remarks:

Positive - Placements are very good. U get a tag of a Nitian. Environment is very peaceful here. Sport facilities are overall good. Infrastructure is good. ZERO ragging. Negative Professor and faculty members are not cooperative. Some hostels are not good, but new ones are v. Good As KURUKSHETRA is not a big city so u have to go karnal or chandigarh for fun.

You pursue engineering from Manav Rachna University

I choose Sri Venkateswara college in DU before Manav Rachna. I also got admitted in the first cutoff list because I had scored 91 % in my 12th boards. The reason I didn't join that college is just because of the distance. I love in Faridabad with my family and the travelling to Satya niketan would be almost 1.5 hours one side each day. I didn't want to tire myself with that. Whereas manav Rachna is 10 mins away from my house walking distance. The addmission at manan rachna was quite easy and there was not even a entrance test for the simple entrance. There was a entrance test only for students who wanted to apply for scholarships. I applied through a referral and filled out the forms required by them with all my details and paid the fees and it was done. Private colleges in India I feel are more concerned about the money from students and not concerned about the quality of students they're admitting into their colleges.
