Remarks

Average, they were showing less interest in the student overall performance

Course Curriculum Overview

self learning, not very much, NO. Our college lecturers and course structure was giving more importance to self learning and seek the subject through the reference books which our college used to give books for all the subjects at the library. our lecturers were point driven and our course structure changed twice during my mba programme of 2 years.

Placement Experience

1

Placement of the college was very poor rather there was no placement division in the college but to our juniors there was a placement club in the college.

College Events

2.5

During the college festive which was not very big around 800 students participated in the festive for 3 days. During the festive there were many events and students participated from different colleges in the city and gained experience. Overall it was partially successful.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Programme fee was around 30000Rs/- and they accepted payments yearly. There was also examination fee for the semester exams conducted. There were additional fees charged for the building construction to seek admission to the course. It was quiet clear in the fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no scholarship for the students and there were no education loan given to the students for helping in paying to the college fees

Campus Life

It was 8:1 for 8 male students there was one female student. We used to conduct freshers party and farewell parties for the students among our selves. The management was not giving any financial help to conduct the party and once we had to conduct farewell party in a separate hotel.

Hostel Facilities

There was no hostel so there was no question hostel fee structure. But management was thinking building a hostel for students but not in our mba programme. But they were not serious about it during our course.

Alumni/Alumna

Our relationaship with seniors was very nice except with some small misunderstandings and they used to help us in understanding the course and also practical approach in getting the things done.

Admission

Because i am a arya vysya, priority list of colleges, councellling, i took the help of my old classmate at NIIT to select the college for my PG course. Pragati maha vidyalaya was standing at 5th place among the list which was best option for me to choose the college as suggested by my classmate as my rank was 545 at ICET entrance exam.

Faculty

3.5

6, age about 35 and qualification professors. it is average. we had about lecturer for each and every subject but not for all subjects. They used to give a start for all the subjects and ask for any doubts if any, They had relevant industry experience and certifications and which was very little useful to me rather.

Students would be eligible for campus placements from 2nd year only We get internships from first year only hut most ofbthem are online and don't seem to be that effective for a student and moreover all are unpaid. There are nearly 15-20 companies visiting the campus Highest package could be of 6-7 lks and average could be of 3 lkhs Plans after my degree would be getting a job in campus placements or try off campus The percentage of students getting placed in campus placements would be 40-45%
