Remarks

I have had very good experience in college. The management is very protective of it's students and the welfare of it's students. There are schemes for reductiom of tuition fee for economically weaker students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is strategically ordered as per the semesters, which on progressing give basic level to advanced information on subject topics at the end of the acadic year. The curriculum not only focuses on theoretical but also practical knowledge of theories learnt as well was professional use of the same while preparing one for post graduation entrance exams as well. In the last year of graduation we were given pre placement training which covered every area in preparing us for a professional environment, enhancing our soft skills, communication skills as well as revisiting the curriculum for better performance on interviews.

Placement Experience

3

College tried and gets as many companies they can to place the students. Goal is always to reach 100 percent placement.

College Events

5

A 3 day technical fest is held once every year in even semester. A cultural fest is held once every year. It is an one day affair and covers dance, music to fashion show, and ends with distributing awards to meritorious students. Apart from that, cultural event of every branch individually is held once a year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is lesser than what is on the normal market. It is very much feasible and when clubbed with tuition fee waiver scheme it reduces by a significant amount. My fee at the time was approximately 82,000 per year, the mode of payment is cash or cheque. The college is transparent in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

I availed Medhabruti scholarship provided by Odisha government whose process was carried out by the college. It was once a year.

Campus Life

The campus is ragging free, the gender ratio is normal, students come from varied backgrounds and there is no discrimination based on religion, caste, sexual orientation, etc Many seminars on robotics, and other technical areas, literary competitions, cultural competitions are Heald from time to time to boost talent of students.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted for hostel but the hostel is well maintained and has all.the basic amenities.food is provided on time and it has an in house canteen and proper security for students. Drinking water and other facilities are also present. TV and basketball court are provided for recreational activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The college seniors were very friendly and supportive. They guided us very well on upcoming exams and recruitment process.

Admission

I got admission after I secured a rank in Odisha Joint Engineering Entrance Examination held once every year, on basis of which engineering colleges of Odisha affiiated to Biju Pattanaik University of Technology take in students considering their eligibility criteria and cut off.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty Is well experienced and very much supportive academically as well as personally. We have had numerous doubt clearing sessions and individual 1 to 1 teaching for students who are comparatively weaker academically. They established a friendly atmosphere by participating with us in extra curricular activities such as sports and cultural events.
