Aircraft mechanic

If they would have provided scholarships, it would have helped many students. Training wise they are the best in their field.

Training provided by my college is top notch, because we had more practical classes in aircraft which boosted the knowledge so much. So when kingfisher airlines came to our college for campus recruitment, they have selected almost 60 students out of 100 participaants from our college. From other colleges its like 20 out of 100 students.

Kingfisher airlines has conducted an campus interview for internship. They used to conduct campus placements in our college every year during our period. Out of 100 total students, they will choose alwys above 40 students and my batch was the highest with 60 percent students. They have selected candidates based on central govt exam results. They have selected through written exam in first round and personal technical interview on second round.

They have conducted aviation fair many times and we have been taken to nearby hindustan aeronautics limited for gaining knowledge about real time experiences and Taneja aerospace avialtion limited too. And every year we will be having cultural competitions too. Once in a year we have been called to attend for aviation competitions which includes quiz, aircraft accident investigation questions amd our college has won the competition two times.

Fees structure was feasible during those days. It was 45000 per semester. Any mode of payment is acceptable - cash, check and bank transfer. we have to pay additional fees for our practical training lessons at the last semester and extra exam fees will be collected for every goverment exams.

Yeah I have availed an education loan from my bank. No scholarship provided at college. Basic fee is applicable to all.

Gender ratios is 70:30 (70% percent boys), our college has got many workshops like engine workshop, lathe machines, hydraulic workshops, hangar for maintenance and parking of aircrafts. Once in six months they will conduct ground run procedure for all the aircrafts in hangar.

All the alumni network was very useful for us. They have guided us in many ways. They have frequently visited too.

AME is not a common course, during my time only few colleges has got the approval for this course and in south india my college was the best and has got all the approvals from the central govt and new learjet N25UJ aircraft for training. Even all the dgca exams were conducted in our college only where students from other colleges comes here to attend the exams.

All of my faculty members were so experienced in the field, they were x servicemens who worked for many years in this particular field so its very easy for them solve our doubts and clear our knowledge in a practical way. Their knowledge level were so high. Many facultys were above 50 age with vast no of experiences and knowledge level.
