Safe environment. Our college is hundred and thirty three years old and South Asia's first women's higher education college. We have great alumnae in every field be it pagents, music, administration or politics. Beautiful campus as it is constructed in garden, good faculty, hostel facilities
Course Curriculum Overview
I would say Post Graduate Department of Economics is the best one in the campus. This is the most pro active department. Principal is also very supportive as she provides us with various different opportunities. Syllabus was updated from time to time.

Placement Experience
I don't know much about the placements but I can say that graduates from our college are preffered over other colleges in the city.
College Events
We can say that our college is one college that holds maximum number of extra curricular activities. Although their is only one official fest called AURA which is for whole college but different departments organise other inter collegiate fests as well like Nirantar.
Campus Life
We have two libraries - Sara Chako Memorial Library and American Corner. Although American Corner is archived. Free wi-fi in Library. We also have annual sports week. The infrastructure is also great and have different buildings for different departments.
Hostel Facilities
We have three hostels. Two of them are for under graduates and one is for post graduate and B.Ed students. First share their room with 2 other roommates while double seater rooms available to the second years and for third years and PG students there are again 3 seater rooms.
