Remarks

Value of getting degree from here, nothing else.My course is very vast like it has a number of subjects in one course. So it has wide scope thats why i chose this. I have a no of options in future to choose from these.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its very old. Not so updated. Teachers too are also not so fluent in english. Infrastructure is very very old. Some teachers from nutrition and fashion department are young and new. They seem professional.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience

You can easily get highly paid government job after scoring good marks in your degree program. No placement companies come. There are no other options.

College Events

Too many activities and very less study. There are almost all cultural activites here but only those who are expert get a chance to participate. Otherwise no credits are given to anybody. So many duties are given to students.

Campus Life

Very old and dingy. It toooo hot in summers. Difficult to reside in classroom. Though classrooms are airy. Very bad parking facilities. No cars allowed. There are common rooms but are never free. Labs are not so advanced

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

The curriculumn of chandigarh university is releavant and covers core subjects with projects and labs. It support basic industry readiness, but pratical exposure can improve. Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good as there are many subjects which are important from the point of view and law like sociology and political science and we also have a new subject UNGP which allows the students to know about UN helping them in public international law and internatinal law understanding. degree experience

well to be honest I have not applied to any other college as i just want do bsc agriculture in this university. but due to my rank i was unable to selected for takinf admission in bsc agriculture. so i preferred this degree over it as due to update academic ( bsc horticulture & forestry consider same as bsc agriculture) which help in making eligible for giving paper of ADO( agriculture development officer) . As to take admission in this university under this degree first u have to give paper CET( common entrance test) on the basis of number optain ranking is given( in this test 11th & 12 th syllabus comes , mcqs. Omr sheets have to be filled at the time of paper. well cuts goes near about 600 rank from 250 on ward as 2-3 councilling are conducted. well my experience about the admission was not so good as i got admission in this program in 3rd councelling....Read More
