Sakshi Singh's Review On DIT University - [DIT], Dehradun

The first and foremost reason is it's near my hometown. The atmosphere is amazing. Campus ranking is currently no. 1 in uttrakhand. I got scholarship because my grades were good in my 10+2. I used my domicile (uttrakhand quota) for admission. I got scholarship for female student. Overall I got 40%deduction in my fees due to all the scholarship I received.

We didn't get any company exposure yet because we just completed our 2nd year and due to this pandamic we can't go to any company. The faculties are really helpful they be present anytime we have any doubt. Almost all the faculties are post graduated and PhD holders and many have worked in industries as well so they have ample amount of knowledge of their feild.

Our college just started it's CDC cell who look after the internship and job. Many various companies visit our campus which includrs mass recruiter as well. CDC also look after there startups there are various companies which offer packages abouve 6lakh/PA and there are few students in past who got placed in Amazon with 25lakh/pa packages.

We do get engage in cultural program of our college. We have 2fest every year one is the cultural event and the other one is the inter college sports tournament. In our cultural fest it of 3days in which one is the fashionista day and performances second day is for dj and the last night is star night and meanwhile in day time we have many various activities in our college campus going on during our fest. In sports fest many different college students participate in differe sports of their interest. Their food every thing is provided from our college side.

Since my college is in dehradun the atmosphere is really fresh and green the campus infrastructure is really high class andit quite a big campus which has many department and every department has their own building.

I stayed one year in hostel it was well maintained well cleaned and properly furnished. The mess food quality was above average. The hostel staff were very cooperative. We had canteen spa in our hostel itself. Also the medical facility was provided.
