Remarks

This college one of the best ayurvedic medical colleges in and around my locality. This college holds a reputation for the being the best in my particular course, it also claims that it has the best faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course in itself is very inclusive & relevant. I understood it's importance when I came in 2nd year. There would be 6 semesters according to the exam structure. The teachers are highly qualified &supportive.

Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are decent here. There is no specific placement wing, but teachers recommend your names to the recruiters if you are consistent with your performance and skills. You need to maintain a good gpa too.

College Events

The campus life is really good, as the overall persona would make you fall in love with this place. The canteen, playground and auditorium are the main attractions here. The annual fests ,gurupurab and founders day are celebrated with joy.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college doesn't provide scholarships but I think it should, as there are many meritorious students who deserve scholarships and many needy students who are dependent on concessions.so it should happen.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is really well built & organised. It's highly facilitated with digitally equipped classrooms and clean labs as well as washrooms. All the assignments & practicals take place with an ease.

The curriculumn of chandigarh university is releavant and covers core subjects with projects and labs. It support basic industry readiness, but pratical exposure can improve. Exam are held mid and the end semester with modern difficulty. More hands on experience and updated technoilogies would enhance overall effectiviness and career prepartions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free. She was laughing at such a test. She said no one does that anymore, they just type then run spell check. Technology is changing our NEEDS opinion is that curriculum should reflect our reality. No one gets paid to solve problems that have already been solved. Students should be exposed to solving problems they have not seen before but that can be solve with the content they have learned in class. This will help them develop problem solving strategies they will be able to use the rest of their lives
