Course Curriculum Overview
It was a three year long course and the curriculum was very stressful but enjoyable system is internal, external. The last semester was the internship semester where we go to practise or medicine. We got to work under various professional doctors and Guest lectures were conducted thoroughly throughout the curriculum.
Placement Experience
I think placements for arranged. Since it is a professional fee at all the students got placed in reputed nursing homes, hospitals like MGS, action Balaji and we could also apply to the college?s hospital by clearing an interview and working as a doctor. Almost all the students got placed with an average package of Rs.15 lakhs per year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee was expensive. But we could always apply for the scholarship based on the academic performance and merit. For the first year it was around Rs.9,95,000 approximately including all the expenses but accommodation and transportation were not included. The fee could be submitted in the form of off-line and online methods but no cash was accepted.
Campus Life
The college was beautifully constructed and heart big playground is where the students could play all kinds of sports including cricket and football. The college was equipped with libraries, latest technology labs, language labs, Gym, fitness centres, student chill zone. Students came from different backgrounds and there were equal number of boys and girls on the campus, it was a very friendly environment.
Admission
I applied to this college where the application form was available at the campus and I filled in the application form with my required Academy details. After completing my MBBS from the same college I applied for the MD in psychiatry and was called up on the campus for the counselling session, and interest English examination along with the mental ability was taken where I got selected for the course.
Faculty
All of the teachers were reputed doctors and were empty and MBAs in different fields. They were perfect guide with minimum experience of four years. They all were known professionals and were easily communicable. Their humble nature enabled the students to talk to them freely.
