Coming to pursue or adopt a career in fashion , National Institute of Design is one of the best college that crossed my mind as it offers a detailed syllabus and courses i wanted to pursue my future goals.
Course Curriculum Overview
My specialization was on furniture and interior designing which evolved my workings on creation and evolution of objects. The faculties were as well very supportive and helpful, they were also very well experienced and had depth understanding in their respective field.
Placement Experience
NID has its own placement cell and is responsible for all campus drive and recruitment process, they manage to bring top MNCs for placement. They prepare us well for interviews and to crack the GD/PI rounds in the selection process.
College Events
Our college arrange wide range of fashion shows to showcase the talents of young aspirants in our college, we also were awarded with certificates on annual day fests on successful completion of our project works.
Campus Life
Our college have its own boutique and store where items constructed by us students are displayed and commercialized as well. Hostel facility were also available for both male and female within the campus.
Admission
My admission was confirmed based on the marks obtained in the DAT prelims and mains which was certainly followed by counselling. New applicants are expected to visit the official website and fill the online application form for further procedures.
