Course Curriculum Overview
We have 10 subjects and all the subjects are designed to encourage research and thinking out of the box. Some subjects like garment construction is all about practice and achieving perfection. The exam structure is not at all burdening.
Placement Experience
Placement. Opportunites are Provided in Ample of Number Within india and Overseas as well, Thus providing a Worderfull sea of opportunities.Some of Top Brands involve Addidas, Reliance Brands, Arvind Ltd., Raymond, Sanpdeal, Flipkart, Tommy Hilfiger, UCB, ITC and the list goes on.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee here is super expensive. The students who get admission after securing a decent rank are asked to pay around 1 lakh per semester that makes it 2 lakhs per year. Fee can be paid via rtgs or neft or cheque. There is a transparency in the fee breakdown. For fees per annum is 2.84 lacs and for a total of 4 years it costs around 10 lacs which is very expensive.
Campus Life
There are two major festivals. One, the spectrum, where students from nearby colleges get a chance to show their cultural and artistic sides. Whole college is decorated as per a theme. Second, converge, niftians from all over India come and participate is sports and cultural activities. Apart from these, every Wednesday, from 4-6pm, zero hour is held where the college invites people from different fields come and perform or give lectures on their particular fields.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are great. Quite a number of flats to rent around. pretty good quality of food.The surrounding area has quite a number of good hangout corners. The rooms are spacious and there are people who come and clean the room in a daily basis.
Admission
After completing my 12th boars and where I secured really good marks. I wanted to study further in designing as I had interest. So, I appeared the NID Entrance Test and also scored good marks for which my application got selected and I got admission here.
Faculty
Faculties are quite encouraging. They are all well qualified and experienced. They have thorough knowledge of their respective subjects. Most of the faculties have their career pursued abroad in top colleges. So we have the benefits of aquiring that standard of knowledge from them.
