Remarks

Our college is surrounded by Aravalli Hills in pollution free area with good environment. There are various facilities which are provided according to the needs of students like medical, transportation, library etc. College management still keep developing in the areas where they think they are lacking somewhere.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is all set for making you a best journalist as they make you do all those activities and practicals which makes a man perfect journalist. Our course provides studio trainings and develops so much of confidence in their students so that no student lacks in his or her speaking skills. Sometimes the days passed are chilled and sometimes hectic, actually it depends on the scheduled time table of college.

Placement Experience

There are many placement companies like India Today, ABP news, News24, Hindustan times, Isomes keep visiting campus at the end of the year. Salary package ranges from INR 5-6 lakhs per annum. Private as well as governnent companies do visit and also most of the students get selected. But mainly it depends on the student whether he or she is crossing the company criteria needs. College only plays a role in development of its students, placements are all dependent on the students level of development.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very feasible specially when we compare it with other colleges. The college only charges 60,000 Rs as the total fees of 3 years full time course. The fees will make you feel more feasible after you take admission and start going through daily college activities.

Campus Life

There are abundant of extracurricular activities organised by college to entertain students as well as to fulfill their hobbies and interests. Activities like nukkad natak, dance competitions, sports competitions, theatre activities, english & hindi play are all organised. These activities help students in improving their personalities and skills.

I always aspire and love to communicate my ideas and thoughts among the masses, and this quality of mine developed my interest towards this course. The institution invites application for their entrance exam every year in the month of june. I applied in the college by sending my application, then i was invited to give entrance exam their. I had given my exam, the difficulty level of exam was not so high. And later i came to know that i got admission their.

Faculties are of very professional behaviour because somewhere they want their students to carry same professional attitude as all jounalist need to be. The teaching pattern of most of the faculties is enough good that students can easily understand.

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

The campus placements is very good and the head of placement department Dr Abhishek meel sir provide training to students about interview and how to make cv and resume for good industrial approach. The average package is 5 lpa to 8 lpa from tge campus placements program

The courts circulum covers the basic concept well and helps student understand the subject however some topic we love dated and there should be more focused on practical learning and industry is relevant skills. The exam are conducted regularly and are murdered difficultly over ruled the courts is useful but it can be improved by adding more hands on training and updated content

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

From 6 semester you become eligible for the placement the companies visited the college are the oberoi Uday Vilas trident in many more big companies have visited The highest package after you completed the internship and get the permanent job can be around 18 lakhs per year if you go abroad hand in India you can get up to 10 15 lakhs according to your work you do in the company The percentage of students getting placement as 95% After I get the degree I get the internship from the college and then the placement

The exam is conducted on time. No issues with that. The difficulty can be subjected. 80% of the paper is from the syllabus that is taught. 20% can be there to test your knowledge. Total 3 exams will be there. No semester system. Final exams carry the most weight. Have 20 marks mcq and 80 marks theory.
