The college infrastructure is great with fully Wi-Fi enabled university and a hygienic canteen with tasty food. We had a medical centre with a physician available at all the time. The college also provides gym facility for the students to stay healthy and fit. Students are encouraged to maintain their hobbies along with academics which really helped us in our career growth.

The course is a four semester course. The first semester focus on the basics of computer science which we had already covered in Btech program. In the consecutive semesters more aim for the specialisation subject was given with both practical and theory knowledge. Final year had a research project with final semester involving only project and viva voce.

The Shyam University training and placement department takes charge of the training and placement activities. The team, which is staffed by trained professionals and placement executives, brings in best companies for placement. They organize the summer internship program and placement activities. The performances of the students are evaluated and desired skills are imparted. Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, Idea, IDBI Bank, Coca Cola, IBM, Dell and many other reputed and number one companies participate in on campus interview. Placement for computer Science student is more.

Fee structure is high but it can be ignored if we look into the academic qualities and infrastructure provided. The fee structure for Mtech students was 80,000 annually, amounting to a total of 1lakh sixty thousand rupees. When compared to other private university this amount is manageable and the education provided is also very good.

We are provided both cultural and technical event along with academics. We all participate in the cultural activities which help us to develop our talent and eradicate stage fear. We also had a big central library piled with books. The laboratories are also very good with advanced and latest equipment?.

We have a well maintained alumni system. Alumni focus on inspiring the present students by sharing their experience. I was very friendly with my seniors at the time of my course. Our seniors helped us in our studies and project work. We had to submit project report at the end of the course. Our seniors helped us with the format to be maintained which helped us from rework one the file got submitted.

I had Btech in computer science and scored a good percentage in the qualifying entrance exam conducted by the college. Selection was based on the merit list. I applied online and on identifying my name in the merit list prepared by the university, approached the admission cell with all my documents for verification. After verification I was asked to pay the initial admission fee and was admitted for the course.

Best faculty with good knowledge in their subjects. In our subject coding was very important, students learn only if basics are clear and I must say all my faculty were experienced with PHD holders. They teach every subject from the basics, ask us to work out few examples then only proceed further which helps us to understand the subject.
