The course curriculum is pretty similar to all other campus giving a balanced importance to both theory and practical classes. The course is designed in such a way that it provides a thorough knowledge about the travel and tourism sector. This aims to empower students with business competencies, research skills and real-world employability skills to open up an incredible array of career opportunities.

Our college has a placement office with staffs dedicated in bringing companies with good pay scale. Up to 90% of our seniors got placed in good renowned companies. The lowest salary offered was 4-5 lakh per annum and the highest was around 10 lakhs. The salary package varies with different courses and the students?performance.

We have many events conducted day to day which increase our interest in studies as well as improves our skills. Our management and department regularly conduct research programs which make us more competitive. We have regular football and cricket tournaments. Workshops and seminars are conducted for the betterment of the students.

Fee structure is not too much nor less can it be paid by parents. For my course, the fee structure is 50,000 INR per year. I availed for loan which made it much easier for me to pay the fees. The fee structure is high but the facilities provided are really good. Importance to both academic cultural activities is included for student? mental and physical skill development.

Our college encourages us in more extracurricular activities. In my first year I was just happy with my studies thinking about my parents and to score good marks. But by the end of the first year I was attracted towards the social and extracurricular activities. Shyam University made me realize that not only academics but also sports is necessary for our development. Now I excel in both.

Separate hostel for boys and girls with Wi-Fi facilities and hot water service around the clock. There is a canteen for hostel students inside the hostel premise which is open even during holidays which is a relief for students and can get food whenever we wish to have something different. The college ensures full security for both boys and girls.

The mode of application is online and the basis of application is merit based. The students applying for UG courses must satisfy the eligibility criteria of passing class 12th with 50%marks in relevant discipline. The college also conducts a university entrance for the selection of candidates. Based on the marks in both, candidates are selected. On getting selected, the candidates have to reach the university with the documents for verification.

Faculty is very good and understanding. They complete the portions on time and conduct regular revision at the end of each chapter to ensure the students are performing well. Special attention is given to weak students by proving them extra classes. Our faculty make sure that all our doubts are cleared. They encourage us to ask doubts.
