Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is totally relied upon thr aspects of lab management by the student. The course curriculum is set up and approved by the MCI and it is mandatory for thr college to follow it. Examinations are conducted every six months for two years.
Placement Experience
Students are placed with good medical institutions and with a good salary package. Internships are mandatory for the student to be completed without any fail. College places students for Internship in their own college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure for Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology is really nominal and set up with the MCI's approval. All the practical expenses are included in the same fees of 70000INR for the entire course program.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities like introduction to the medical faculty and the organising of sports day and annual meets is arranged. Students often participate in the workshops conducted by the college for the same.
Admission
After I completed my 10+2 from Physics Chemistry and Biology as my core subjects, I applied for the two year diploma course program in medical laboratory technologies from Velammal Medical College and Hospital Research Institute(VMCHRI)Madurai,Tamil Nadu. I submitted all the required documents and found my name on the college's merit list.
