Course Curriculum Overview
The course of B.Sc in nutrition is for 3 years and students would have to choose their specialization during the time of admission itself. Students would have to achieve the credits that are allocated for each course for them to pass the examination and move on to the next year of the course and ultimately completing the course.
Placement Experience
During our time in the college, all the students who were eligible were asked to register in the placement cell of the college. The placement cell focuses on enhancing the future of the students by providing them with proper job opportunities according to their skills and their capabilities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total tuition fee for the course of BSc in nutrition is rupees 6000. However, there are also other elements in the fee structure such as the registration fee, admission fee, caution deposit money, hostel fee (if applicable), etc.
Campus Life
There are many facilities that are provided by the college and students can use these facilities to their heart's content. Along with these facilities, there are social events that students can take part in such as sports or cultural programs where they can show their potential outside of their study.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of the college is very strong and the ex-students are called to the college for many different events and seminars. Even the senior students that we had during our time in the college where extremely helpful and friendly with us.
Admission
An entrance test is conducted by the college for each course and students who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the course that they are applying for would be allowed entrance examination. There are different processes for application of NRI students and Indian students.
Faculty
The faculties of the course are highly knowledgeable and experienced in the field. For the course of nutrition, there are many practicals that students have to complete. The faculties guide the students in a proper manner so that they understand the ins and outs of watch nutrition is all about and can successfully work in their future.
