Course Curriculum Overview
The main of this certification course is to translate the knowledge about Mechanical Workshop technology. One can get the basic knowledge about the advance mechanical machine tools (CNC Turning/CNC Milling/Wire EDM). We can also learn about basic and advance welding operations. The Course duration for this certification course is 5 days / 40 Hrs.
Placement Experience
This is a certification course. On completion of the course the students will get a certificate that proves the completion of the course. Using this certificate students can look or search for jobs. This certification will be considered in the desired field.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The training Fee for the certification course is Rs. 3,000/- per participant. It is inclusive of all. The course fee can be paid by net banking or D.D of any nationalized bank in favour of ?Director, CSIR-IMMT?
Campus Life
This certification course on Advance Machining/Advance Welding is only a 5 days or 40 hours training provided by CSIR-Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology. Therefore there is no place of extracurricular activities. Still the students are encouraged by all the practical classes and hands-on experience.
Admission
For the eligibility to join the certification course in Advance Machining/Advance Welding is ITI pass in Trade of Machinist/Turner/ Fitter (For advance Machining) and ITI pass in Trade of Welder. There are two faculty members mainly in charge of this certification course on Advance Machining/Advance Welding. One of them is the Coordinator, Central workshop, Dr. P.C Beuria, and Mr. R.K Mandal is the In-charge, Central Workshop. They are most dedicating and hard-working.
