Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed in such a way that that people who are not able to enroll in the regular classes have an option to learn through the eresources and materials provided by the college.

Placement Experience

As per the 2020 report, placement cell of the college is quite active and helps in assisting students. The latest jobs include in companies like Zeppelin Systems, OOCL India PVt Ltd and Concept Medical.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the distance learning mode is Rs 12,500 including 18% of the state tax. For international students, there is an additional charge of 240 dollars including the courier charges for the material provided.

Campus Life

There are various guest lectures provided by the college and various entrepreneurs come and share their experiences and knowledge. There is no discrimination and people discuss various issues altogether.

Admission

The admission for the Distance learning mode is made quite simple. Any one who has qualified 10+2 examinations is eligible to apply. The admission documents are available online for online admissions.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
