My college life

The best part of the college is that it is located in a very silent place, away from all the chaos of the city. It it is a very good college if anyone wants to pursue diploma. Some things that the college needs to work on is the network connection and a bit on the canteen.

The college provides diploma in Engineering in various fields like electrical, civil, automobile, etc. There are two types of diploma programs the first one is 3 year diploma and the other is two years lateral diploma. The course curriculum covers all the important study material for the students. There are long college hours.

Yes the placement is held in the college just before the final examinations. Many companies like Mahindra, ceat, Volvo visit the campus for placement. 80% of the students get placed with the companies with good salaries.

Not many events are celebrated in the college. Some of the main events are annual day, annual sports day, College day. All of these events I celebrated with full grammar and enthusiasm by the students as well as the professors.

The fee structure of the college is very affordable and feasible. At the time of admission, I had to deposit rupees 40000 which included the first year fees as well. fees to be paid at the end of each semester that is 6 months which is approximately 23,000 per semester.

Scholarship is provided to the students by the state government. The college also provide scholarship to the scholar students. loan facilities are also available in the college and any student who wishes to take loan, the college help in getting it from the bank.

we have a lot of extra curricular activities in the college. Like sports activities is one of the major activities that happened around in the college. We have different sports competitions every now and then. We also have a lot of workshops in the college which provide a lot of knowledge to the students.

I am a local resident so I live at my home. But one of my friends have taken the hostel facility. She tells that the hostel is very neat and clean and hygienic, the food provided by the hostel is edible and also good. All the basic necessities are provided in the hostel.

The seniors and the alumni of the college are very helpful and guiding. The alumni always called in the college for seminar and guest lectures so as to help the current students with their course curriculum and future options.

I am a local resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand and I wanted to do diploma in electrical engineering. So, I decided to take admission in the College. The admission process for the College is to appear for PECE examination. And on the basis of score obtained in the examination, admission is granted.

The faculty of the college is ok. They have knowledge but they don't know how to implement. Sometimes our questions are left unanswered and doubts uncleared. But whatever the teach, they give their best.
