Entrance Preview

I had appeared for IIT JEE(Lateral Entry) and secured rank 3 position in odisha.Since CET is a govt. college providing high end of education quality .I choosen CET for completing B.Tech in CSE.

Course Curriculum Overview

Its a 3 year course in B.Tech after success on Lateral entry (IIT JEE Exam). Since Computer Science is my favourite subject i had choosen CSE to complete my 3 yr B.Tech in CSE.

Internships Opportunities

I have taken internship at afixi for the coding developement in PHP and preparation of end year project requirement which helps me a lot for making carrier in that platform.

There is 100% placement guarantee to all the students.But a little bit less oppertunity to Lateral Entry students for attending the campus selection procedure.

They are extremely cooperative and punctual. I have a lot positive attitude towards them for their good behavior and teaching style. All the teacher including HOD all are very interactive with their students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple. I did apply for VSSUT Burla but could not clear the cutoff. Also i would like to add on this that i did a better job in choosing the seat here .
