We are specifically taught the emerging issues with special with special emphasis on sustainable architecture, urban renewal and design, energy efficient design, heritage conversation, Acoustics and Aesthetics. We take a robust set of fundamental courses in the first year and advanced specialized courses in the later years. Some of the core courses that I studied include Material and Manufacturing, Light and space, Climate, Services, Infrastructure Design Studio, Interior Architecture Design Studio and Reading architecture. These courses enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of architecture. Course Curriculum Overview:

The Diploma in Architecture course at BVPIT Bardoli gives a solid foundation for students who want to start a career in architecture or go for B.Arch later. The curriculum is well-structured with a good series of subjects – starting from basic drawing, design principles, and construction, then moving on to building materials, services, working drawings, and design studios. Practical learning is a strong part of the course with model-making, site visits Overall, the course is job-oriented, practical, and well-sequenced. With a little more modernisation, for future architects.
