Course Curriculum Overview
There is high emphasis of sanskrit subjects like grammar, literature, verses, etc. Also subjects like english, environmental sciences and basic mathematics is taught alongside the main subject. The subject is part of the Central university program and is vastly respected.

There are no job placements that are held since it is a language course, but there is huge opportunity for students to work as well paid school teachers in reputed schools. Also students can get a job as professor in private sanskrit language colleges all over India.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure for the three year B.A course in Sanskrit is very feasible, just 2,700 Rs, which is paid on an academic year basis. Since there is a high demand for the college and degree, the seats are limited and therefore many students compete for such a low fees.
Campus Life
There are yearly sports events conducted in the various colleges in New Delhi, students from different departments participate in sports events, like football, throw ball, volley ball. Also workshops are conducted on meditations, sanskrit language history and awareness program.
Hostel Facilities
Yes there are hostel facility available in the college campus as well as off college campus for both girls and boys. The room arrangement is on sharing basis, with four, three and two seater option. the hostel fees is nominal with mess facility available.
Admission
Admission to this college is gained after a relevant score is achieved in the entrance exam conducted by this very college. Also a student who has studied sanskrit in school is eligible, which is mandatory. Since the college has high demand, the scores in entrance exam should be good.
Faculty
There are total 19 faculty departments in the college and since the student strength is average, the teachers can focus on the existing students and make sure that all the concepts are well understood. The teachers are very experienced.
