Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum set is really advance than the undergraduate course, and needs a lot of your time to intuitively understand and execute the concepts in field trials. But it is interesting to know in-depth things of the surface level learning in the undergraduate. The exams include yearly semesters plus a project to be handled on.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement records are good in this college, and there is no worries for getting placed, as the college gives you proper training to crack those. The internships are also compulsory, for the students to gain industry exposure, while learning.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for a self financing masters course in this college is really expensive, which is not complain-able, as they provide extraordinary facilities and standard education to students. I need to pay around one lakh per year.

Campus Life

The college conducts lots of co-curricular activities in terms of sports as well as cultural programs. There are lots of sports competition and as per culturals, there are covocation, fresh year, etc.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities of this college is good. The rooms are spacious and the rentals are also low. The rentals change based on the sharing rooms you choose. If four member rooms, then the rent comes down to 900 for room accommodation alone. The other facilities are also good.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is good and seniors are also very friendly. Both of them are the guiding people for us and always are ready to help in both academics & life lessons. The seniors share their notes and teach us many new experiences.

Admission

For the admission of masters degree course in this college, you need to secure atleast 60%aggregate in your undergraduation. The college will conduct its own entrance exam, after which you need to be present for an personal interview not too technical, are the screening procedures done to confirm whether you will be admitted or not.

Faculty

3

The faculties are one of the best I have seen anywhere. The inspiration from them is huge and they make us aspire to do research work which you will at time course will happily do it. The way they make the difficult things simplified for the students is really astonishing and I really respect them a lot to give us proper guiding & suggestions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoy writing content, The classes held on creative writing helped me understand the importance of language and trained me to write for different formats- including press releases, articles. scripts for radio shows, etc. I gained lot of practical writing knowledge while pursuing the course. Subjects like media laws and development communication were taught further during post-graduation diploma. Prior learning hepled me in retaining the concepts well. The 10 marks unit test, held twice a semester were held for 90 minutes, while semester exams (theory), held for 70 marks were completed in 3 hours. The practicals during semester exams were held for 30 marks, which included assignments or file submission and viva.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum overall offers a balanced mix of theoretical foundations and practical exposure, making it fairly relevant for students aiming to build strong academic knowledge while preparing for real-world scenarios. Below is a detailed breakdown based on various aspects of the curriculum plus Exams are generally conducted at regular intervals, which helps students stay consistent with their studies. The timing of assessments—spanning internal tests, mid-sems, and final exams—ensures that students are evaluated both continuously and comprehensively. However, sometimes exams may feel closely spaced, which can cause stress. A slightly more balanced schedule between consecutive assessments would be helpful

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.
