M.A in Home Science with Fashion Designing

The course curriculum for Home Science teaches various life skills which are productive and useful in day to day life. But it is not just restricted to that and involves a lot of reading and learning. I was also doing Fashion Designing course along with it which the university offers.

The college has a defined placement and internship cell that helps the students in prepping for the recruitment process. The cell themselves help in creating resumes for the students and also guide them with the job profile they should seek.

The fee structure for a course of Home Science with Fashion Designing costs Rs. 12,000 annually making a sum total of Rs. 24,000 for a 2 year program. This just includes the tuition fees which means various other fees will be charged separately throughout the year.

The college students are engaged in a number of extra-curricular studies. The students from our course are the most talented and involved in a lot of thing owing to the fact that majority of the students in the college are from law field and do not get enough time to take part in such activities and events.

I completed my Master in Home Science with Fashion Designing from Maharaja Surajmal Brij University. The admission process to get here is based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. The students should have completed Bachelor in the relevant discipline from a recognized state university and should have secured more than 50% aggregate marks.

The faculty of the college was extremely helpful and supportive and gravitated the students to learn more and more. Our course was more practical based and therefore, we had regular lab classes and teachers used to present in the class with real life examples to make learning more engaging.
