Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was very useful and effective. The curriculum includes not only theory but also practical work. The curriculum provides educational research, social and psychological foundations of discipline. The exam structure was not at all hectic. We appeared final examination once in a year. Examinations are conducted on yearly basis.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities was good in our institute. The institute does not provide placement opportunities for the M. Ed students. But after completing the course, there are many career options in government and private schools, research oriented field, private companies, educational consultancies etc. After persuing my course, i join as a teacher in a private school. My starting salary package was 2 lakh rupees annually.
College Events
The students committee of our institute organizes many events and festivals like PRIMS Talent Fest, International conference, National level workshop, SADHANA Management Fest, conference, yoga Day, Independence day, Republic day, Dussehra, Ganesh chaturthi, Holi etc. Participation of the students in all the events and festivals was very good.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure was quite feasible. My total fees was around 32000 rupees. We have to pay the fees on yearly basis. My yearly fees was around 16000 rupees which was quite less and manageable to pay for all the students.
Campus Life
Many indoor and outdoor games like ludo, chess, carrom, table tennis, basketball, volleyball etc are organized in our institute. Besides these many cultural and literary competitions like singing competition, dancing competition, drama competition, debate competition are also organized. These activities are very good to develop our personalities and talents.
Admission
I got admission in this course on basis of merit. To get admission in this course, students have to qualify their B. ED /B.A,B.ed /B.SC. B.ed/D.EI.Ed with minimum 50 percent of marks. However, there was 5 percent of relaxation of marks for SC /ST students.
Faculty
Faculties of our institute provides very valuable and informative knowledge. Teachers are trained with good knowledge and experience. They are very helpful. They help us a lot in our studies by providing study materials.
