Course Curriculum Overview

Having a 3 years of course was all i knew about BBA. Now everything i have is only because of the outstanding curriculum that college provided. Flexible working hours and excellence in structure and exam pattern has been the reality of the institute.

Placement Experience

Companies like McKinsey,IBM, Amazon and more has visited to the campus and recruited many eligible candidates. the placement opportunities in comparison to others is somewhat high i would say .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is compatively feasible. I paid approx 97000 for my entire years. It counts of approx 32000 for a year. Being the best institute for women in Mangalore , it is also providing financial help to the weaker section girls.

Campus Life

The institute have always shown full interest on both academics as well as extracurricular activities. They understand about the Personal growth and development of the students and also helps to Improve the confidence and esteem of the students.

Admission

I got admission through entrance and interview.The main purpose of conducting entrance exam is to judge the student ability, sharpness, knowledge etc. The aptitude of the student is tested in entrance exam.some of important documents are to be submitted to the institute.

Faculty

When it comes to the faculty the only word i can remember of is 'determination.' there are highly qualified and experienced is what we get. The are expert in their respective courses and tries to make us the same.

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

I am currently not into the placement thingy as i have just started my 3rd year but heard a quite about the placements the college the highest is aroung 70 to 75 LPA and the average is ariund 12-14 LPA. Our college also offers masters program in abroad that is it is in collab with the University of ILLNOIS. After 3rd year students above certain CGPA are given chance to complete their degree here or complete B.E with M.E in ILLNOIS.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

This university is known for providing best quality of education with good infrastructure. The faculty is very helpful. This college is one of the renowned college of bangalore. Hostel and food quality is also good.

Remarks:

One of my relative's have LLB course from this college and now he is a very successful corporate lawyer, he had suggested me to get myself registered in this college and so i did. And on top of that this college is a reputated college and holds quite a good rank among the private colleges in India. I also want to become a successful lawyer hence i have chosen this course.

I didn't apply for any other college because i always wanted to continue in the same place where i started my studies. So thats the reason i chose this college. I didn't get any rejections as i had got calls for other colleges but i didn't wanna go there so i continued where i wanted to continue. There is not long process when we joined we had go to college and fill forms and pay the first installment of fees if we wanted to pay. Now i think it is completely online based.
