Course Curriculum Overview

Though the course curriculum is broad and we face a really rigorous time coping up with it, its very well structured. It is so interesting and it involves us so much into it that we can hardly say that we stay idle at any point of time. Its fun overall!

Placement Experience

Students at ESIC Medical College go through an one year internship which is a very crucial part in the overall course of medical education as it is through an internship that a student becomes capable of functioning independently.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The annual fee for an All India Quota student is INR 1,00,000 whereas the annual fee for the wards of insured persons is INR 24,000. The fee structure is feasible for the wards of insured persons whereas its expensive for an All India Quota student like me.

Campus Life

At ESIC Medical College, we attend workshops, conferences, symposiums and seminars by eminent professors from around the world which is a great learning experience. Explorative learning and research is promoted by our college.

Admission

Being always determined to become a doctor by profession, I appeared for NEET after completing my higher secondary education and secured a good rank in it. I, then, participated in the online counselling procedure where I secured a seat in the All India Quota at ESIC Medical College.

Faculty

Apart from the course curriculum, the faculty at ESIC Medical College is another reason which makes our MBBS journey even more interesting and fun! The entire faculty team is very well qualified and they are always ready to help anyone who needs it.

UIET MDU Rohtak offers campus placements primarily for B.Tech branches like ECE, with a dedicated Career Counselling & Placement Cell facilitating recruitment by companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and others, though placement rates and packages vary by branch and year. In recent NIRF 2025 data for UG 4-year programs (including B.Tech), 57 out of 80 eligible students were placed with a median salary of ?8.78 LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

Placement Experience:

Here, the students of the final year are eligible for placements in there respective departments. Basicly many companies visit my college surroundings us which include Wipro, infosis, solatier etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest placement was 22 lpa at Google ang average package is 10 lpa in solatire and other companies . almost 70 percent students get college placement rest apply for off campus and after sometime they also try to fetch jobs. I maily like corporate a lot , so after completing my degree i want to regain a job in any company in gurgaon.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.
