Course Curriculum Overview

I had opted for bachelors in Business administration which is the course of 3 years duration. This course is very useful and it includes professional topics which enhances the personality of the student mentally and physically also.

Placement Experience

Institute does not provide any placements yet but our placement cells are always active and sharing that students get good recommendation from the college if they apply from career fairs or from walk-in interviews. The university make sure that the students are well trained for the recruitment process when they go for walk in interviews.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This university provides a feasible fee structure for the students so that they did not feel any tension while paying the fees. as I had opted for bachelors in Business administration which is the cost of 3 years duration I had to pay 15000 per year. Similarly candidates who have opted for M.SC course they had to pay INR 20000 per year. Different courses have different fee structure.

Campus Life

The college conducts various extra curricular activities for the students. Not only the campus students take part but also its invites other college students to take part in their activities. Activities such as NSS, NCC, sports day, alumini meet, freshers day, department farewell, and many more which keeps the students enthusiastic and lively.

Admission

Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University is located in Ranchi. I had opted for an undergraduate program. For admission I had to qualify my 10 + 2 from a recognised board with an acceptable percentage of 60%. I was also asked to give a written exam and I also face then interview of 20 minutes.

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Students are eligible to apply for placements after 5th semester and many companies visit our college every year providing job opportunities. Name of the some of the companies visited this year are JSW STEEL, TATA STEEL, TATA POWER, Larsen and Toubro , etc. They provided on average of 15-20 offers for students . Average package was 5lpa and highest being 10lpa for student who got placed in TATA STEEL. They are offered jobs as site Junior Engineer. About 50% students got placed. Course Curriculum Overview:

From the beginning of my 11th and 12th standard I'm very fond of Physics and mathematics that's why I choose to persue honours in physics and also there are more opportunities and jobs after bsc in physics compared to other streams. In bokaro steel city college the faculty: student ratio is not that great(1 per 250 students) as it is managed by state government. The qualification of teachers is above average (Almost every teacher has a P.hd) but the quality of teaching is not that great. Teachers often miss there classes and there way of teaching is very boring. On usual exams are taken in a interval of 6 to 8 months. But due to covid situation the exams got very much delayed l mean upto 10 to 12months. If you can complete the syllabus just by having few glances of the topics and follow the previous year question its quite easy to pass the examination by securing good marks. But most of the students always fail (almost 50% every semester).

Bigger with smaller.

Firstly i have filled the form offline through gmail process and by giving cuet and after that the provisional merit list came out and i went to college. After that a small interview was taken and till evening the admission process was completed who passed in the interview and final merit list was declared. Application fees was 450. There should be some improvements in admission process of the notifications we do not get notifications soon as the site is not being operated properly regularly....Read More
