Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum has been designed in such a way that it includes 70% practical and 30% theory. Curriculum is well structured and updated according to the norms and regulations. In the curriculum, we are taught to write scripts for various genres like documentary, fiction, etc.
Placement Experience
Internship has to be done by the student compulsorily. The duration of the intership is 6 months and it is provided by the college itself. It is a part of the curriculum. I did my Internship in BAG Network 24 which didn't pay any stipend.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees of the course is INR 2,60,000 which is a bit expensive and definitely students belonging to lower strata may find it difficult to pay it. However,since you get so much of practical exposure, the fees is worth it.
Campus Life
Interactive sessions are conducted regularly. Top anchors, editors,etc are invited to the college to motivate students and to give them a glimpse of the practical world. Apart from this, various competitions are also conducted like filming, photography, etc.
Admission
Admission to this specialised course is done on the basis of merit. To become eligible to apply to the course, a student should have passed his bachelors from a recognised college. Documents required are :- aadhar card, marksheet,etc.
Faculty
The college has a pool of experienced faculties who teach students with dedication. They regularly interact with the students so that it helps in developing and enriching their academic and social knowledge.
