Entrance Preview

UPTU, RANK 12423, I Opted this college as it suited my location. I chose CS trait as it has high probability of getting placements.

Course Curriculum Overview

Computer science included subjects related to programming, mobile communications, algorithms, mathematics, database management systems and networking.

Internships Opportunities

There were hardly any companies to provide internship .Students preferred third party placements for internship with very low or no stipend on offer. Additionally students prefer various language courses as internship.

Placement Experience

There are a very few reputed companies like TCS which come and offer placements of around 3 to 4 lacs of packages. Rest, there companies with low package offers ranging from 1.5 to 3 lacs.

College Events

Each an every year college celebrates annual events for dance, singing, painting etc. There were also other cultural events and sports events. There was also a technology fest every year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure for b. Tech. Was around 1lac per year and around 40,000 for hostel facilities. The fee, on request can be paid in installments. Hence, the overall fee structure was feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provided scholarship programme for high ranked students. Additionally govt. also provides scholarship to bpl students.

Campus Life

Campus life is worse, there are a lot of unwanted rules and restrictions. Events for robotics, sports tournaments were frequent. Though college administration hardly arrange events for this, but students arrange them for themselves.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors and alumni are always helpful. College does arrange alumni meets, farewell parties and fresher parties which strengthen the bonds between seniors and juniors.

Faculty

Faculty members included B.tech.s and M.tech.s having core knowledge of various subjects. Faculty members also arrange tutorial classes for additional understanding of subjects and clarification if doubts.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average But all the students here focus on off campus placements because the in campus placements are very average. Like you'll get a placement of ?6 lakhs or seven lakhs, depending on your CV.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

Yes I applied to other colleges I give CUET exams Entrance exam and qualified the exam but the course is BSC is available and i don't want to do . Yes I get confirm admission form . But this college is different from others because this is known for his Discipline and rules and regulations. And in the army discipline is most important. No I don't get any rejection from other colleges. It gives a good placement and teaches us that How to respect and where to respond? How to behave infront of anyone?
