Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure for B.Des is very excellent and meets the global standards. The exam systems and such are very rigorous and you will have to work hard, and overall there is a very challenging environment which promotes growth.
Placement Experience
Several different huge multinational firms carry out their placement drives from FDDI. There are more than 120 major recruiters, like Action Shoes, Bata, ITC wills, Reliance. We are also provided with ample training and preparation for the placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is not very high. Once admission is confirmed and you are allotted a seat, you will have to pay an amount of Rs. 25,000. This will have to be done at the time of counselling or admission and confirms your seat.
Campus Life
There are several extracurricular activities within the college itself. Several student unions are active and they are always accepting new people. The college is very inclusive when it comes to accepting people. The students are all very creative in nature.
Hostel Facilities
The Hostel is spacious, clean and has separate accommodation for boys and girls. All necessary amenities are provided and they are good. Each student is provided with a chair, table, locker and a cot. There are recreation rooms as well.
Admission
The admission is done through the All India Selection Test, or AIST. The registration for it is done online. There is a 500 rupees registration fees for entering the exam. The process for registration is simple enough, but there is a lot of competition in the AIST. You will receive the selection notification once you are selected.
Faculty
The faculty is really good. Most of hem have PhD's and are always willing to help us . here are some really challenger subjects that are easily taught to us by the professors. The faculty is well experienced and they are always willing to lend a ear to our doubts. Lectures are held regularly and attendance is very well maintained.
