Remarks

I am extremely happy and satisfied with my college. The college has given me great opportunities and experiences as well as memories which is definitely going to help me in the future and has made my vision broader towards the competitive approach of the society.

Course Curriculum Overview

As the College is an Autonomous College, the Curriculum is prepared by the Management of the College & with respect to examinations, Continuous Internal Assessment is done through regular Tests & Viva along with Practical Works. Semester wise exams are held.

Placement Experience

The college gives lots of opportunities to students. The college does provide some internship. Though the tries to increase the placement opportunities for the students. This is a good platform for many students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Including the Exams fee, total expenditure costs around Rs. 60,000. Annual fee varies on the course. As I am a doing BA.LLB my fee per year is Rs. 53,000. Compared to other Law Colleges in Mysuru ours is quite a bit expensive.

Campus Life

Many more other activities are also held in the college which are other than academics. These activities help to increase other skill of student there are many activities such as debate, inter university competitions, sports fest etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Our College has a strong alumni network who are useful in future for carrier related help. Annual Alumni meet is held at the College wherein many of our visit the College and Interact & guide us. Even for our Internships, seniors are helpful in guiding places to do Internship.

Admission

Admission was based on my 12th marks. JSSLC is one of the best Law Colleges in Mysore and I therefore I decided to join here. Also, our College is an Autonomous College and has Grade 'B' from NAAC Authorities.

Faculty

Most of the faculty have good experience in the Courts before joining to Lecturing posts. All Law subject teachers are LLM Holders while Pre-Law Teachers have done their MA in their respective subjects. The teaching so far is good.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

Presidency University offers 95% placements for the students of different departments. We have different departments likes school of management, school of engineering, school of technology, school of design, school of media and school of law. They offer placements for all different departments. The placements starts from 1st semester it self. Many top companies come to presidency University like the big 4 companies, Deloitte, long, ey, and pwc. Apart from these we also have many other top mnc companies visiting our college for the placements.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

See with this college I had applied to Christ in banglore , I got both colleges in same time , i cleared interview in first round , i selected this college because we have very clear and practical exposure in this college , and the faculties were too good in teaching Q2. I was not rejected by any college ,all I had applied was 2 college one was this another was christ , i didn't choose christ because attendance was 85% mandatory and as a student it will be more burden ,but this college maintains 75% which is manageable.
