Remarks

The Tamil University is a great treasury of the Tamil literature. They keep on doing research works in collaboration with international institutes on the literature works. This university enhances the different art and literary courses in the nation.

Course Curriculum Overview

The paper includes basic concepts of biology and various aspects of environmental science. The main aim of this program is to create awareness on the environmental issues from regional to national level. There are research projects covering the areas of pollution, natural resources, biodiversity, assessing environmental impact and managing the disasters. This course exclusively includes the major environmental laws, planning and policies. The practicals are well handled by experienced faculties. The practical learning invokes the in-depth knowledge about the paper. We just enjoy learning the course.

The alumni of the university reach out to the students to help in all sorts. They are in connection with the career guidance team to make the students know about the recent horarios in the industry and economy of the nation.

Admission

I got admitted into the PG degree by an entrance exam, as it is made mandatory by the UGC from 2016. Prior to the entrance, I filled the application form by downloading it from their website tamiluniversity.ac.in . For the Mphill and Ph.D degrees you can also get the application forms in person or through post from the university. After filling the application form, I attached the attested photocopies of the various certificated prescribed by the university. Then I payed ?.300/- to a nationalized bank at Thanjavur by DD. Finally I posted my application form along with the attested photocopies and DD to the Tamil University. After reviewing my application form, they called my for an entrance test. After that they released a selection list based on the performance at the entrance test. So that's how I got admitted into the university.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties in our department are well versed in their profession. Our Kavitha mam has an experience of more than a decade in teaching and is specialized in phytoremediation, bioremediation and environmental biotechnology. She holds membership in environmental wings. Our Rakesh sir is the best one to handle the water pollution and the ways to control it. He has published few publications on the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum behind or campus is very much updated and it is changing as the technology changes. As the present world is engaging with computer and artificial intelligence,I want to improve more knowledge and also want to compete with others. The time table and the devlopment technology followed by our university is devoloped so that only placement are recorded with high percentage when compared to other. The improvement should be observed only regarding labs.We have write examination for every 30 or 40 days , because there are 3 internal test ,semester and lab exams.Actually time is not sufficient but we have to do hardwork.when compared to other universities or colleges our exams arebwry hard.
