Course Curriculum Overview

NCSS gives Pune three full years to complete the Ph.D. For students. Students are also given a 5-10 month training program. Students are allowed to extend their time, but certainly not allowed for less than five months. College does not allow part-time students.

Placement Experience

4.5

The College provides students with research and training projects that create the skills they need. Therefore, as is the case in all college jobs and studies, employment opportunities are high, and stipend and security are high.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college's regular fee is Rs 5,000 per year for three years. This is a very practical cost in terms of NCSS, a private college, and a Ph.D. I got a great fee to finish my Ph.D. And, most importantly, all of this in college.

Campus Life

The college has an excellent campus with all the up-to-date facilities and modern technology around the college, which gives students all the means to gain knowledge. The college does not have much functionality but is academically focused.

Admission

I have already completed my master?s degree in biology, and my score is above 50%; So, I was selected for the primary entrance. Subsequently, my interview was taken from college, at which point someone was asked to submit the necessary paperwork. Entry mode is completely offline, but you can apply for college through the logical NCCS website.

Faculty

4

The college has excellent faculty that are divided according to their creations and categories. College faculty are very forward-thinking and encourage learning in a supportive and progressive environment in college.

Wi-Fi is not provided in any of the places on the campus. The laboratory is good. There are 3 libraries. One in boys hostel, one is common, and one in girls' hostel. Classrooms are huge, and some of them are air-conditioned. There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Mess facilities are not available. There are 4-5 canteens around the campus. The campus is spread over 45 hectares.

Inter library loan is provided to the students where they can take books available in other library other than the university. The library is always one and accessible to the students at a reasonable rate. Hostel capacity of 1000 students in each hostel is available. The course in horticulture gives valuable knowledge upon fruit science, landscaping & floriculture to students so that they choose the career path accordingly.

Not very rigours, therefore you have to be self motivated to do well. They give you alot of freedom and you have to be responsible for your own growth. Since it's at the postgraduate level they don't spoonfed you with makes students independent and prepares them for life ahead.
