Remarks

My college try to provide with best quality education as much as they can. We have great opportunities for job placements also. I am having really great and memorable experiences here. It's a great college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good, they provide us with latest computer technology and good practical training, The course is of 4 years. Includes programming languages, computer architecture etc. Its Approved by AICTE, Affiliated to RTU

Placement Experience

My college do provide both internships as well as campus placements we have to do summer internships for atleast a month in the third year as a part of our course curriculum. We are exposed to various training modules for better development growth.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is fine, its Rs.5.87 lakhs for four years in B.tech in computer science. However if we compare it with other college it's kind of much feasible to other colleges. And the education is also worth giving this fees here.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college provide scholarships to girl students, meritorious students who are excellent with work. Also the scholarship government scheme is also available which is Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) parents of the students who have lesser fee income then Rs. 4.50 Lakhs are eligible for this scheme.(TFWS)

Campus Life

My college have various clubs and societies for the purpose of extracurricular activities of the students such as sports club, EC society and many more. There is no gender inequality or discrimination.

Admission

I got my admission after completing my 10+2 acadamic examination with 80% and I also gave Exam of JEE mains which is also mandatory to be eligible to take admission in Btech in this college and also atleast 75% is must in 10+2 examinations.The admissions are on the basis of guidelines of AICTE through the REEP system I chose Btech in Computer science as I love working with all the technical things and I want to be a professional computer science engineer.

Faculty

The total number of faculty in my college is 110. All of them are well qualified they provide us with great knowledge and practical information so that we can do very well as the engineers of computer technology. They are amazing teachers.

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
