Course Curriculum Overview

I got admission in a 3 years' course that was spread out in 6 semesters. Each semester I got to learn more and more about the hospitality industry. It was the 3rd and 4th semester that got most of my attention.

Placement Experience

It is very well known that IIHM has a 98% placement record. Just like any other person, I did not believe it before I experienced it. When I was in my final year, different high-end hospitality companies approached us and most of us got placed. I got a job in ibis Hotel. My starting salary was around 20,000 but it increased quickly.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees in my course for every year was 1,30,000/- that was paid in 2 installments. I did not opt for the hostel facilities, but if somebody does, he/she has to pay around 70,000/- (that can also be paid in 2 installments). Apart from the fee, we also got scholarship on merit basis, so that was always a plus point.

Campus Life

The food labs and classrooms have always been the best part as the infrastructure attracted me. The gender ratio in my class has always been 50-50 and we never had to face any issue when it came to discrimination. Overall, the experience was nice till the end.

Admission

I filled up the admission form that was available on their official website. I appeared for the NCHM JEE exams and fortunately got a good ranking. The overall procedure is not difficult and I had people to help me at every step.

Faculty

The faculty is knowledgeable and experienced. Every teacher used to guide us and explain us about the industry apart from their subject in brief. The overall experience with them was quite satisfactory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA is really relevant for todays technology upgradations going on in world. I was into tech and coding so i opted BCA and since college is accessible by metro and have good name so i took admission in it and i regret not. Curriculum is up to date and changes yearly as required in recent technology and ties up with trends. There is no space for improvement as of now. Exams happen frequently like class test ans assignments and they make u study from scratch so there is no difficulty its moderate.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.
