Our college review

I opted this college because i want to build a leader in myself and this college is best for it.They totally developed my leadership qualities and built my confidence ,morale and prepare me for the job interviews after my MBA(HR)(which i started after this course). I visited the college and applied there for my admission.I am very eager to learn leadership qualities because i love to lead others.I wanted a job of HR in high rated MNCs. I prefer this college to each and every students because this college is a specialist institute for management and leadership.Managers are not only born.Infact,they are both born and made(only made in this type of institutes.)

As I discussed earlier,I love to lead others.So i opted this course and this institute(the best in INDIA) for managers and leaders.This course is only for 1 year and you will get enough knowledge in 1 year.SOIL will create path for your carrier.It will wholly prepare you to present yourself in any interview,without being nervous .You will have complete confidence in yourself after this course. Student faculty ratio in this institute is 70:1. All the teachers are just top managers and top leaders of India.Their knowledge level is just outstanding.They teach their students in the best way. There were no such type of exams for whom you have to be scared.The exams in this course are normal ones whose main motive is to increase your knowledge.But this course needs more practical knowledge and practices instead of bookish or theoretical knowledge.

This course is not for getting placed after just 1 year course.It doesn't mean that you will not get job after this course hut if you want a best paying job,than you should start MBA(HR).It will make you a proper leader and able to achieve each and every goal of your life.

The fees for this course is near about 1 Lakh/yr.As this course is only for 1 year.So the total expenses for this course will reach upto 1.4 lakh(including extra expenses).But this is not too much as compared to the knowledge they give to their students. Students may apply for scholarship within college if they belong to weaker sections of society.

The campus life was too awesome as the campus is too large and the cleanest ever.The classrooms are so huge. There are some sports while this 1 year course.As we're talking about short period course,there are not so much sports events or sports opportunities. All books needed are available in library.But in this institute you will need more practical knowledge instead of bookish knowledge.So there will be a lot of assignments,projector presentations to increase your confidence.
