Best place to get a job

I didn't appear for any exam. With my UG percentage, I got into that college. There will not be any interview or selection process. With some decent score in under graduation will give you a seat.

Curriculum was good. Actually for computer science and engineering, syllabus had been framed by the university with software company people who are actually practising. For example, virtusa is playing a role in mobile related syllabus.

I was not aware of this completely. But had heard few companies have internship to the students. Few I heard are for students in business administration department. Few of the private banks visited campus and gave internship.

Cognizant, wipro, accenture, Larson and tubro, cape Gemini, thoughtworks, mindtree are few of the companies visited in 2012. Salary package varies from 3 lakhs per annum to 7 lakhs per annum.

There used to be frequent technical seminars, workshops, conference happen in the campus. Every year there will be cultural fest happen. Workshops includes technical like software testing workshop. Also campus interview workshops will happen for final year students.

For master if engineering, 50000 per semester. This includes breakfast, lunch and transport from any point in the city. It's little expensive but completely worth for the money.

I didn't avail any loan or scholarship. But IOB is helping in arranging loans to the students. Students with GATE score will get scholarship.

Hostel, food can be rated as 5/5.For hostel room and food (means for night food alone since we will be provided breakfast and lunch in our semester fees), I paid 3000 per year.

There will be a alumini meet every year. This university's alumina are presently working as VP in many companies. But alumini network is not utilized properly by the management.

Faculty in my department was good in knowledge and they helped me in my placements and research. Even after completing my graduation, I was made to involve in her research work. There was a continuous support from the faculty.
