Remarks

I'm happy and quite satisfied. Though the course fee was higher than I would have liked, this course has showed me a new path to diversify my business. The program does not drone on and teaches you the essentials in detail.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is stuffed with a lot of different subject. In a mere 6 weeks, we were taught about Foreign Trade Policy, Shipment Incentives, Shipping Logistics, International Market Risk and Online Marketing.

Placement Experience

Most people generally come here to learn import-export policies and risks for their own business. But if you just want a job in import, export and shipping logistcs, they have great opportunities from ICICI BANK, HDFC and Welspun, among others.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee for 6 weeks is Rs 29,500. This is expensive but you must treat it like an investment. And the ROI will be huge- whether you want a job or to beef up your business! So just put the money in and take the learning!

Campus Life

The certification course is of a mere 6 weeks. So there is not much time to hold any sporting or cultural event. We make do with the company of other students. The diversity is great, with people from all corners of the country coming in!

Admission

All you need to make into this program is a zeal for doing better business, a solid entrepreneurial spirit and a Class 12 pass certificate. Then you just need to apply online and pay your fee for the course!

The faculty have a well chalked out lesson plan and you will be able to cope well with the course. They present case studies and real life examples to help us. You also get to re-attend the classes you missed out on.

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
