Remarks

You will have a lot of new experiences with fresh people. Hostel rules are strict here. The food here is great and nutritious. Campus life here is very intense. Scholarships are offered to merit holders and minority students. This is overall a good college. Especially for students coming from the middle classes.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the fundamental contents were covered in the course curriculum. It is very thorough and well explained. Day in our life is very hectic we get some moment to chill but the almost whole day is covered with practical.

Placement Experience

College does not offer placement inside the campus but the have contact with the companies. I am not very much impressed by the placement opportunities here. They do not provide internship opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total fees for four years is 1.6 lakhs this includes the tuition fee. It does not include the hostel and other fees. Apart from this, we have to pay the library fee. You have to pay a transportation fee as well if you use transportation.

Campus Life

They do not celebrate a large number of extracurricular activities. Sometimes tests and sports meets are organised not regularly but in the gap. Technical workshop and seminars are also organised in our college.

Admission

If you have 10+2 with science with subjects physics, mathematics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects. There is no entrance exam. They select a minimum cutoff mark and prepares the merit list. If you get selected you will be called for counselling and will be provided seats.

HOD in our department is very reputed and respected. He has very good knowledge of all the subject. They maintain a good and friendly relation with students. I don't have much knowledge about the other department faculty members.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

I got admission in this college via counselling. I had PCB in 10+2 and gave NEET which a national entrance test exam to get admission into medical courses. The scores obtained in entrance exam matters a lot in deciding the merit.
