We get a feeling they are more money minded. They can focus more on developing students.

Entrance Preview

I took SRM AIEEE rank 13071. The campus is great. Very well equipped. I really like the lake and the path around it. Gives great environment for health freaks like me.

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent covers all the subjects that are relevant in today's Information Technology Industry. I liked the practicals they offer. The project work and the internship is also great. Overall good curriculum. The placement is also good. I hear lot of students got selected in TCS,Infosys etc which are leading companies in Information Technology space. I am looking forward to being placed in one such great company.

Internships Opportunities

They mandate intership and I could get internship in one of the large MNCs because of some influence. The time given can be further extended. The internship did give me an exposure to working in an office for an organization. That was a great experience.

Placement Experience

I hear the placement and job opportunities are great with this college. As I already mentioned companies like TCS,Infosys,Wipro come for interviews so I am hoping to get into a great company soon.

There are 2 fests. One technical and one cultural. The Technical Fest is called Arush and happens around Month of September every year. Lot of colleges from around the country participate in the tech fest. We have wide range of events in the field of Engineering. The cultural fest is called Milan that happens in January or February of every year. We have colleges from around the country participating in this event.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is expensive but they have high end equipment so it is justifiable.

Campus Life

Campus life is very good. In Computer Science course you generally will see the ratio between men,women would be 60:40. We have great workshops and we have dance clubs,drama clubs etc.

Hostel Facilities

Food is very bad. Especially for the high price which we end up paying. The accomodation is good.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

Not aware of alumni. Senior students are pretty cool and they do get very good placement.

Exam Structure

We have internals which includes 2 cycle test and 1 model exam followed by Semester exams.

Faculty for computer science is ok. I would not rate everyone very great. But there are passionate teachers. Unfortunately many good teachers get placed in large MNCs for great salaries and that is one reason we may not be haveing all great teachers.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Paramedicals pros and cons

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
