Entrance Preview

I wrote EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh state board) and SRM Entrance Exam (SRMJEE).EAMCET Score 90kS. RMJEE Score 2500 I choose SRM cause they offered me CSE and it was one of the best universities in India.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was Apt and planed well planned with 8 semisters for total 4 years cource and per year 2 semesters with credit based grading. First year will have all the subjects common for all the departments. In second year you will get into departments. with 5 subjects and 3 labs.

Internships Opportunities

There are no Internships provided for our collage you have to go and visit the compines and to the Industrial visit and mini project. So you have to attend Industrial training in 5th sem.

Placement Experience

Our college is best in Placements they provied maximum members placement, in my year out of 5000 3800 people got placed. We get TCS, Accenture, Wipro, LNT, Flextronics and some more companies.

College Events

There are Two main events celebrated every year. They are ARUSH and MILAN one is a cultural fest and one is Technical Fest, apart from this there are department wise symposiums and Freshers party.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very expencive for each year you have to pay 1.5L as tution fee and some other charges as examination Fee it will come around 1.8L per year for only collage and hostel fee is seperate.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is SAP (student abroad program) you can go and study in foreign collages and there is scholarship of 10K offered for top candidates.

Campus Life

My campus life was fun and I enjoyed a lot, there are sports and other extracurricular activities. Labs are good we have Value education lab for debts and clubs.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel fee is 70K per annum and hostel rooms are good with a table chair cot and cupboard and 3 persons per room. The mess is not so good food is not god not bad once can adjust.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Exam Structure

There will two surprise tests which carry 7.5 internal each. Two cycle tests 15 marks internal and one model exam and attendence carry 5 internal, and external exam 50 marks. Yes it will be very hectic schedule .

Faculty

Some departments are very good and some are not so good, in my campous CSE faculty is above avarage except HOD no profecers are there to teach. All the lecetures are having MTech not even Asst.Prof .

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
