I took SRMEE it is their own exam and scored 2500 Rank. Still the process is the same give the SREEE after 12th .

All it companies came and few core companies where their at our time. TCS 3.2 lakhs, CAT 5 lakhs, HUL 6 lakhs, HCL 3 lakhs, NOCL 4.2 lakh.

College Events

Aruish, Tech fest,Chem fest are some of the main event at our university. All the event are very popular with large no of participants. You can even find the videos on you tube.

Yes both scholarship and loan are their for how have scored high in CBSE board and good in sports at national level .

Campus life is a life in a metro. It is a small city in it self with people from all over india.Any one how do not line summer will suffer here but for everyone else it is a sunny paradise.

All examination are proper, well organised and strict. Their are 2 weakly exams and a model exam and a semester exam in each semester.

No of faculty per student was great at my time. College course is to the point and precise. They are very help full and even after 4- 5 year i am still in contact with many of them.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.
