Entrance Preview
Initial tried for anna university but last minute chance was taken by another person scoring better marks than me in entrance exam that's y joined this college as my dad suggested from my school days I was interested in finance so taken MBA finance.
Course Curriculum Overview
From my schooling I was interested in accounts subject so taken MBA and elective as finance in SRM the curriculum was wide than other colleges each semester we had more than 10 subject with a project.
Internships Opportunities
Did my college internship in L & T porur no stipend received that 2 months was horrible as internship in porur and college at potheri that is one is this end another that end travelling was really difficult need to report every week aleast twice and need to manage both.
Placement Experience
Placement that time was not huge like now but that time preference and opportunity was more for marketing then here for finance less opportunity recived.
College Events
Yearlt once cultural was celebrated with whole college participating other festivals and program differs according to the department participating in cultural is less by me as me interested in studies only.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Me joined in merit only but other friends told they paid more to get admission here so its expensive only paid 4lakh for 2 years course.
Fees and Financial Aid
No not heard any kind of scholarships or loan offered in our college since we were management students we didn't hear such kind loan offer for us.
Campus Life
All were hectic so not that much enjoyable moment's we had according to department all programmes differed.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities were there but little expensive my friends stayed outside college taking rental house as hostel were expensive and cooked by them selves.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network was wide in our college my senior is working in my concern in very good grade and we use to remember all old times we don't use to hv that much interaction in college with our seniors as we didn't get that much free time.
Exam Structure
Initial joined was having open book exam only case study after that rule implemented and normal exam conducted for rest of the semester as need to manage more than 10 subject with project and exam is really hectic for us.
Faculty
All faculty were hi-fi somewhere from out not as regular lecture my finance faculty was a senior person scoring his subject was equal to impossible even though me having good knowledge of account me managed to get only average marks I.e 60-70%.
